Experience deep tissue and reflexology massage of the body, face and scalp alongside custom selected organic skin care to stimulate blood, lymph, and energetic flow – leaving you glowing from the inside out.

The Personalized Facial
Combining therapeutic massage with restorative acupressure techniques, the reset ritual is designed to dissolve tension and regulate the nervous system, creating a ripple effect of healing throughout the body and mind. Melt into the table as built-up stress held in the shoulders, neck, jaw, ears, scalp, and face is released alongside targeted stimulation of the vagus nerve. Beginning at the feet with grounding reflexology massage and completing at the head, you will leave feeling fully reset and ready to embrace a new season.

The Reset Ritual
The Botanical Back Treatment combines relaxation massage with the essentials of a facial specifically designed for the back and arms. Each session begins with thorough exfoliation and extractions to detoxify and prepare the skin followed by a custom replenishing treatment mask. To enhance the experience, soothing massage techniques with hot stones, dynamic cupping, and Gua Sha are used to relieve tension and improve circulation.

The Botanical Back Treatment
The Therapeutic Pedicure
Recline on our heated spa bed as your nails, cuticles, and calluses are expertly cared for. Using seasonally inspired botanicals, the Therapeutic Pedicure begins with a soothing mineral foot soak and includes an organic enzyme mask to exfoliate and hydrate the feet. Complete with hot stones, hot towels and a thorough foot and leg massage, you will leave feeling grounded and renewed.

Brow Shaping involves a blend of waxing, tweezing and trimming, with a focus on improving symmetry and complementing your natural features.
Lash & Brow Tinting is ideal for those looking to achieve a naturally defined appearance without daily maintenance. Professional tints are used to make the lashes & brows more visible and rich in colour. The result is longer, fuller looking lashes & brows that last up to 6 weeks.

Hair Removal
Organic, biodegradable wax is used to remove unwanted hair followed by a soothing and protective herbal treatment. Regular sessions can help reduce regrowth over time. The Lip wax includes small patches below if necessary, while the chin wax provides complete coverage from beneath the lip to beneath the jawline.

Drawing from my passionate studies and experience with herbalism, bodywork, reflexology, traditional Chinese medicine and over a decade of professional experience treating the skin, I provide services that heal and transform.
